Why I Started Utility Savings Advisors
My name is Jonathan Shalvi, and for more than a decade I have worked with commercial businesses, industrial facilities, schools, municipalities, and property owners to help reduce operating costs and improve facility performance.
Throughout my career, I repeatedly saw organizations spending hundreds of thousands of dollars each year on utilities without knowing whether they were on the right rate structure, paying the correct charges, taking advantage of available programs, or pursuing available savings opportunities.
Many simply paid their utility bills month after month because they did not have the time, expertise, or resources to investigate them.
I created Utility Savings Advisors to simplify that process.
